This course is designed to prepare the unlicensed medical person in adult care homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and prisons to adminster medications.

This course covers the basic preparation for adminstration of medications by unlicensed persons in a variety of settings.

There will be mulitple skill lab opportunities within the course as well as skills competency testing.

Non-Kansas Residents qualify for special tuition rates and scholarships.

Upon satisfactory completion of the course and the skills/competency evaluation, the graduate is eligible to apply to take the NC State Exam to be placed on the NA I registry.
